Instructional Design uses a loop based feedback
system to analyze training modules. E-learning is a combination
of engaging multimedia and thoughtful content that follows the
Addie principle of teaching. Analysis, design, development,
implementation and evaluation are the components of Addie as
used in this train the trainers seminar presented by one of
our founders.
